Cobalt Oasis

Geometric disparity meets the Brady Bunch: The design emulates the groove of the 60's in a comfortable oasis inspired by a desert horizon. Inspiration for the space is drawn from Frida Escobedo's use of modular forms, and the design will evoke a sense of comfort, warmth and creativity, through a reminiscence of Californian architecture. The use of primary shapes and low profile proportions inspired by Modernist movements catalysed by The Bauhaus fosters a sense of relaxation for comfortable social gatherings, playfully inviting guests to engage and enjoy time in a communal space. A tactile and visually diverse blend of materials make the space an interesting and eclectic mid-century modern home.
